We are certified by the Department of Education and we help people with disadvantages and disabilities by equipping them with the skills necessary to become employable and find employment. We receive funding through our Pre-Placement Training and Job Placement Program services.
Share your Heart Chaplaincy Program
SHARE YOUR HEART Volunteer Chaplaincy Program – 188 churches consisting of 800 trained Volunteer Chaplains(and growing) ready to be deployed and assist in providing the first 72 hours of food, clothing, basic supplies, spiritual and emotional support services, within their corresponding zip codes. The training consists of 16 hours provided by Baptist Health. Upon graduation the Volunteer Chaplain is qualified to provide assistance through the referral system for referrals sent by the partnering agencies.
Victory for Youth Printing and Specialties Services
Victory for Youth Printing and Specialties Services, a 501C-3 organization offers full printing services and specialty items. We manufacture laser checks for QuickBooks and over 2000 softwares, full color printing, stationery, promotional products, labels and apparel. Every order that is placed helps us financially serve the children and families of our communities.

For the past 17 years we have received in-kind services for our projects, financial donations and products from our very loyal Victory for Youth printing customers.
Collaboration with other agencies
We collaborate with county, state, local and faith based organizations to provide health, financial help resources, education, job placement support, counseling, violence prevention resources and in-kind services. Some of our collaborating partners are Department of Education, Coordinated Victims Assistance Center, Department of Health, Social Security Administration, AARP Foundation, Department of Juvenile Assessment Center (JAC), Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Department of Children and Family (DCF), Miami Fire Rescue, Elderly Links, State Attorneys Office and the Florida Faith-Based and Community-Based Advisory Council, Hispanic Association of Pastors, Haitian Pastor Association, Broward Pastors network and more.
